Our very experienced nurse practitioners & physician associate see the majority of patients & deal with a lot of the day to day admin freeing the GP to deal with the more complex patients, admin & supervise other staff.

Mundesley Medical Centre is looking for a salaried GP to join our practice on a full or part time basis with a long term view to become a partner.

This year we have reached the final of the Practice of the Year at the Primary Care Impact Awards 2023, have been awarded Highly Commended in at the Daffodil Awards for end of life care (RCGP/Marie Cure) & managing partner Linda Marquis received High Commended for Outstanding Contribution to Primary Care the PMA awards.

Our very experienced nurse practitioners & physician associate see the majority of patients & deal with a lot of the day to day admin freeing the GP to deal with the more complex patients, admin & supervise other staff. Our clinical team includes the following professionals all employed & managed by the practice: senior nurse practitioners, health & wellbeing coach, pharmacy technician & physician associate.

You will be dealing with a wide range of presenting health care needs in a primary care setting (face to face, telephone, via online messages and video consultations) and supporting clinical colleagues in ensuring the highest standards of care for all patients as well as teaching Cambridge Medical School students on their GP placement for part of the year. The practice has recently been approved to host GP Registrars and has the first one in post. You will also contribute to planning and decision making as part of the practice team including MDT meetings (all virtual).

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to develop their role in the daily clinical management of our varied clinical team including medical students (Cambridge) & GP registrar, as well as provide a caring & professional service to our predominantly older population.
