Band 5: £29,970 to £36,483 a year based on full time hours  FIXED TERM

This is a 35 hour per week post. We are happy to talk about Flexible Working and will consider a Secondment - all requests for flexible working options can be discussed as part of the interview process.

The post holder will play a lead role in supporting Community and Mental Health Divisions within Southern NHS Foundation Trust and in the coordination and development of the NHS Careers for Young People programme, which underpins the divisional workforce strategy of 'growing our future workforce'.

The post holder will liaise very closely with representatives from education providers like HTP and the training and education team and will be the first point of contact in the divisions for our learners on placement.

The post holder will work in collaboration with the divisions, wider NHS Trusts, and other Trust representatives to facilitate the NHS Careers for Young People Programme and develop future apprenticeship pathways.

The post holder will be responsible for actively organising, planning and facilitating the rotational placements for apprentices across the divisions including those on the NHS Careers for Young People programme.

The post holder will establish rapport and maintain a close working relationship with HTP and other internal and external stakeholders to support programmes under the divisional 'growing our future workforce' strategy.

The post holder will be the first point of contact for the programme and will provide support and guidance to divisional managers and learners regarding the NHS Careers for Young People programme.

The post holder will work closely with internal stakeholders to support the learners experience to grow our future workforce within the Trust.
