An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working Band 3 Clinical Support Worker within CCHC Ward 2 so as to support the nursing team. Ward 2 is a 20 bedded ward for the older person with varying degrees of mental healthcare needs, also including palliative and end of life care.

Successful applicants will demonstrate a genuine interest in working with older people and have the skills required to support those with Dementia. Team working, good communication skills and flexibility in approach to work are important components of this post.
