We have an opportunity for a talented individual to join our Admin Hub, supporting our community mental health teams. You will be based in Harry Blackman House, Peasley Cross on a part-time basis, Monday to Friday (35 hours).

This role is vital in supporting our aim to provide exceptional patient care, every time. Using your organisational, administration communication and people skills, you will contribute towards an effective and consistent level of service. Our patients and service users are at the heart of everything we do, and we would like to hear from applicants who share this commitment.

Interviews to be held on the 23rd and 24th September.

Act as the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries, ensuring that messages are forwarded to the appropriate persons.

To provide an efficient and effective clerical service to support the team, including processing referrals, appointment letters, photocopying, typing, and data inputting.
