We are looking to appoint a proactive and efficient Departmental Executive Assistant to provide professional support across the University's Academic Registry, a Department that supports the administrative student journey from admission to graduation.

The post holder will act as secretary to several departmental meetings and working groups, organising meetings and accurately recording minutes and actions. The role provides professional support for the Academic Registrar, including diary management and support for the effective administration of budgets. At key times, the role also supports wider teams within the Registry, including supporting graduation, organising examinations, and reviewing student mitigating circumstances claims.
