Responsible for the end to end management of Minor Works. The post holder will provide an efficient, effective, and customer focused service to the Trust.

Minor Works projects typically range in value from £250 to £50K and in scope from small modifications to the physical environment up to enabling works for major projects.

Highly organised, the post holder will prioritise and manage the delivery of the works, ensuring excellent communication with customers and wider Trust stakeholders.

The success of the post holder will be judged on delivering best value, quality and throughput of works requests.

The post holder will work collaboratively with other members of the Trust, using feedback to continuously improve the Minor Works function.

Compliance with relevant legislation, Regulation and local Policy will be embedded with Minor Works delivery.

Delivery of minor works projects from inception through to completion.
