We are looking for a dysphagia-trained SLT to join our team to work on general acute wards and with patients with H&N cancer! An interest in H&N is expected, but direct experience with this caseload isn't necessary as training can be provided. We're a large, friendly team with great CPD opportunities, and regular supervision.

  • To provide an efficient and high quality specialised speech & language therapy service for patients on the acute wards and to those with a Head and Neck (H&N) cancer diagnosis who may be inpatients or outpatients.
  • To supervise recently qualified speech & language therapists, assistants and students.
  • To participate in Continuing Professional Development, clinical audit and in service training.
  • To be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of their professional and clinical work, working to agreed national and professional standards
