Provide exceptional resident care:
This encompasses respecting residents' dignity, assisting with daily living activities, supporting mobility, and offering emotional support.

Maintain resident well-being:

We're looking for someone who:
- Experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable.
- Dedicated to providing care with a commitment to resident empowerment.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- A Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training and support for all new hires.
