Reed are working with an innovative forward thinking Town planning consultancy business who are now looking to recruit a Permanent Part Time Administrator. They work with a variety of clients across the nation in a multitude of sectors. The offices are based in the Centre of Manchester, with excellent transport links and the main high street just a stone’s throw away.

The duties are very varied and consist of (but not limited to):

  • Handling customer queries and resolving asap
  • Administration – Updating documents, creating documents, filing etc
  • Assisting the wider team with administration
  • Invoice management – Chasing outstanding payments, PO’s etc
  • Keeping track of accounts to identify outstanding invoices
  • Cash Collection
  • Diary management
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support across the wider team

The working hours are negotiable and will be working on days between Monday to Friday, ideally 20- 25 hours per week.

The full-time equivalent salary is between £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (Pro rata to match the agreed working hours)
