An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Team Secretary to join the Adult Mental Health Service to provide a comprehensive and efficient secretarial administrative support to the team. This post is based within the Royal Cornhill Hospital site.
Candidates should possess English Standard grade/O’grade or equivalent along with keyboard/data inputting skills for regular use of computer systems.
Previous secretarial experience with a good typing speed and proficiency in the use of Excel/ databases together with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal is essential. The post would suit an enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of a busy department.
Interviews will take place on Monday 9th of September 2024.
