Brodie ward caries for individuals with Neuro-psychiatric conditions. Our ward focuses on providing a therapeutic environment with a large emphasis placed on the nursing teams’ resilience and the ability to assess the needs of this client group, while working closely with the wider MDT.
We wish to receive applications from those with experience caring for our particular patient group. The individual needs to be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and the flexibility to support a complex patient group.
A person centred approach is required with a willingness to adapt to the individual care needs of our patients. This is an essential part of our approach. We would appreciate applications from those who have experience in carrying out nursing and personal care. The applicant should be patient, caring and kind with a willingness to complete/attend necessary training courses. Please take the time to provide information on why you wish to be considered for this post.
The positions are full time; averaging 37 hours per week based on a 4 week rota, and does include day and night shift rotation working 12 hr shifts to meet the needs of the service.
Interviews to be held on the 29th of July 2024.
