We are looking to recruit dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic Band 3 Healthcare Assistants who have a passion for delivering high quality care within a community setting. They will be working within the Primary Care Network (PCN) Community Team, based in the Hove area of Brighton.This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking for a career within healthcare, or an existing Band 3 Healthcare Assistant who wants to develop their clinical knowledge and practice within the community.
Community and healthcare experience is desirable, but not essential as training will be given to develop the skills and knowledge required for this role such as insulin administration, wound care, completing observations, and venepuncture.
We are the main provider of NHS community services across East and West Sussex. Our 6,000 staff serve a population of 1.3 million providing essential medical, nursing, and therapeutic care to adults and children.
Our Trust vision is to provide excellent care at the heart of the community, helping people plan, manage, adapt to changes in their health, supporting avoidable hospital admissions and reducing hospital stay times.
