We are currently recruiting for a Client Experience Assistant to join our friendly team!
You will deliver an exceptional client experience aligned to our Client Promise, while delivering a professional service.
What We Are Looking For
You will ideally have prior experience of working in a busy professional receptionist/client facing position with good administrative experience.
You’ll have a passion for delivering excellent client services and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Delivering a quality professional client experience service to the firm’s clients, partners and employees
- Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and third-party professionals visiting our client’s offices.
- Maintain the client experience area and meeting rooms, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, escalating any maintenance issues as appropriate.
- Assist in the organisation, coordination and smooth-running of client meetings and events including; meeting room bookings, meeting room set up, appropriate equipment, refreshments, catering and travel requirements.
- Fielding all incoming telephone calls, in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist in Central Business Support activities where required such as, managing post, booking travel, photocopying etc.
