Role requirements


As a Community Care Worker (Nights) you'll have an ability to provide care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to an individual's physical and emotional wellbeing. You'll need:
  • At least 6 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
  • A valid Moving and Handling certificate
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Applicants must hold a valid driver's licence and have reliable access to a personal vehicle

You could make a difference to an individual's life


In this role, you will be caring for an adult male who has autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy and communicates non-verbally. We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated carer to join our team and support our service user throughout the night, providing respite to the main family carer. Carers with experience in supporting those with similar medical conditions preferred.

Our service user requires support during the night in ongoing set shifts on a 4 week rota.

Week One: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Week Two: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. The working hours are from 19:30 to 06:30 from Sunday to Thursday, and from 19:30 to 08:00 on Friday and Saturday.

We are open to considering candidates who may not be available for the full requested schedule but can work some nights. Additionally, the role requires weekend availability every other weekend.
