We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to provide an efficient, effective and quality admin support service to the Substance Use Service. The post holder will be expected to undertake professional and confidential administration duties within the Service.

It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, and are able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as to work as part of a team. You should have good keyboarding skills and be able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within agreed timescales. In order to meet the needs of the service, successful applicants may be required to work in a variety of locations when required.

The post holder will have standard grade English and good IT skills or equivalent work experience in an office environment.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
