- All applicants MUST have a Full Driving Licence and reliable transport.
alternate weekends
, which is reflected in your working week, as we provide support across 7 days a week.
Our shift patterns are;
Mornings : 7am-2pm
Evenings : 4pm-10pm
- Full-time or part-time hours available.
In return we offer:
- Monthly paid reward system- We offer a 10% reliability bonus and quarterly contribution towards uniform.
- Care Friends Refer A Friend Scheme earn £1000
- Paid mileage and travel time paid at £11.00 ph
- Provide all PPE and Tunics
- Paid Annual Leave (pro-rata)
- Variety of Shift Patterns Available
- Workplace Pension
- Regular team meetings
- Full Training & Ongoing 7 days a week support
- Career Progression Plan, with opportunities to gain NVQ Health & Social Care Qualifications.
