To be responsible for the delivery of nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Practice Nurse with strong Diabetes experience to join our friendly, supportive and dedicated team.
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, motivated and a flexible team player to join our Practice.
To have a particular interest in diabetes. To assist medical personnel in the care of practice patients to include treatment, preventative care, screening and patient education.
