Job Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be supporting members handling a range of enquiries relating to their medical insurance policies.
You will be undertaking a range of duties such as booking doctors appointments, processing claims and providing updates to members regarding their policy.
You could be dealing with occasionally vulnerable customers going through difficulty we are looking for candidates that hold lots of empathy and understanding alongside patience and a supportive nature.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service background however the business can be open and look at experience such as the care industry, hospitality and retail!
