About The Role


  • The D2A service provides short-term, high-quality support to individuals who are well enough not to need an acute hospital bed but do need some extra support in their home.
  • You will be required to assess customers’ needs to identify areas where support is needed to promote independent living and provide person-centred care.
  • Motivating customers and building their confidence so they can achieve the goals they have set and return to independent living.
  • You will be supporting customers with tasks around the home and with personal care such as personal hygiene, toileting, and dressing.
  • Shifts will be a mixture of early and late shifts between 7 am and 10 pm and alternate weekends.
  • A £500 welcome bonus

About You


  • Previous experience in caring for vulnerable adults is essential. Sensitive, caring, and passionate about delivering a first-class service to people within your local community.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with great initiative and excellent communication skills.
  • QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential
  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required as you will need to be comfortable with lone working and travelling between customers.
