RWinvest promotes and sells UK buy to let property and the Client Care department is responsible for assisting buyers in the progression of the sale.
For this role applicants must be well organised and be able to work under pressure. They should be able to communicate with people at all levels. Our investors come from all over the world and are high net worth individuals from professional backgrounds. In that respect this role requires good communicators who can handle multiple clients at any one time. In addition, applicants are required to communicate and create positive working relationships with solicitor firms to progress sales.

You will be responsible for dealing with all the sales progression for the office and updating clients and solicitors.
- Liaising with property developers
- Building relationships with clients, developers and solicitors
- Answering client enquiries via telephone and email
- Completing relevant system updates to maintain accurate data
- Liaising with other internal departments on behalf of clients
- Building strong relationships, resolving issues and helping to overcome challenge
- Working to tight deadlines and focused on hitting targets
- Ensuring that the purchaser have a positive experience of buying an investment property through our company
Requirements
It is not essential to have property/conveyancing experience as the training is comprehensive but you MUST have the following
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Accurate and able to demonstrate a high level of organisation
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude'
- Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Benefits
Salary: £20,000
Commission paid monthly based on number of exchanges (of contract) and Trustpilot reviews.
