Part-time Property Administrator in Aberdeen, permanent role - salary dependent on experience.

Part-time hours to suit your personal commitments, Salary: 23k - 27k FTE

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, contractors and landlords
• Process and distribute comms
• Coordinate tasks as directed by the Property Managers
• Manage property keys and assist with insurance claims
• Support invoice preparation and property sales
• Maintain accurate customer records and mailboxes management
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and response times
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with Office 365 proficiency
• Target-driven and works well under pressure
