RUSH Hair & Beauty is currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front of House / Receptionist to join our team at our Moorgate salon. As a Front of House / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and professional salon environment.

This is a part time role, approximately 18 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, assisting with booking appointments, managing the salon's schedule, answering phone calls and emails, and handling client inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized reception area, as well as supporting the salon team with administrative tasks.


Requirements


  • Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role, preferably in a salon or spa environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask and handle various administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Friendly and welcoming personality
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
