Front Desk Receptionist Opportunity



(37 hrs per week)


Working hours Monday to Friday Fixed term contract 1 year


Ellon Group Practice
is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated
front desk receptionist
to join our friendly, long established Practice, committed to providing excellent clinical care. 1 year fixed term contract with potential for progression.

The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of a busy reception/administration department and shall provide the best possible care for patients in a helpful, efficient manner as a conscientious member of the team.

Duties include patient check-in, general enquiries, photocopying & processing of online/ paper prescriptions to be carried out in accordance with Practice procedures, protocols and timescales, ensuring strictest confidentiality at all times.

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided, however good IT & excellent communication skills along with a friendly welcoming manner are essential.
