Our team of healthcare professionals are passionate about delivering high quality treatment in a welcoming and supportive environment. Lewes UTC provides care to people with urgent, not life threatening, minor illness and minor injuries. Your role would be pivotal to the multidisciplinary team by greeting and assisting patients, ensuring a warm and efficient reception area. You would manage patient registrations and answer phone calls and respond to enquiries with professionalism.

- Receives Patients and visitors to the service. Responds to queries and requests for information as directed by office procedures, guidelines and protocols. Refers complex or unusual requests to the Team Administrator or a member of the clinical team.
- Regularly checks on the tidiness and cleanliness of the office environment and takes action to ensure any problems are resolved.
- Undertakes admin tasks that are assigned.
- Attends team meetings within the service
- Formats letters, reports where necessary
- Carries out photocopying.
- Ensures incoming or outgoing post is processed promptly
