  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and managing their treatment timelines
  • Help patients navigate financial options, including payment plans and insurance
  • Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care


Requirements


  • Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a dental practice setting is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A compassionate and patient-focused attitude, dedicated to providing the highest level of care
  • Proficiency with dental software and technology is a plus
