- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and managing their treatment timelines
- Help patients navigate financial options, including payment plans and insurance
- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a dental practice setting is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A compassionate and patient-focused attitude, dedicated to providing the highest level of care
- Proficiency with dental software and technology is a plus
