Further to a reconfiguration of the Continuous Service Improvement Team in Doncaster, we are now very pleased to be recruiting permanently to two vacant Development Support Manager roles:


Physical Health and Neurodiversity Care Group (based in Doncaster)

  • 1.0 WTE in the Continuous Service Improvement Team


Doncaster Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Care Group

  • 1.0 WTE in the Continuous Service Improvement Team

As we have a post available for Doncaster Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Care Group too, please state if you have a preference of which care group on your application or state both.

The post holder will be expected to work as a key member of the Continual Service Improvement team, providing coordination and delivery of transformational programmes and projects.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a team player to work as a key member of the Continual Service Improvement team, providing coordination and delivery of transformational programmes and projects, building a culture of continual service improvement.

Working with the Continual Service Improvement Lead the Development Support Manager will assist with the development and implementation of large-scale change management programmes and improvement projects.

They will also have sound working knowledge and experience of using a project management approach, producing complex programme plans, quality assurance and project documentation. They will have excellent communication and prioritisation skills with an ability to engage with a wide range of teams across organisations.

The postholder will be expected to work at any location within the Trust footprint and will reach out to a number of partner agencies to deliver the project objectives.
