Cardiff, with potential for hybrid working
Hours:
37.5 Hours working between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month working 09:00-15:00.

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Claims Handler to be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate the aftermath of accidents and incidents with professionalism and empathy. In this role, you will gather comprehensive details of accidents or incidents, understand any consequential losses, and sign clients for NewLaw to act on their behalf. Your ability to offer appropriate solutions, guidance, and support will be crucial in delivering a consistent, first-class service to all our clients.
We seek individuals with a professional work attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and effective interpersonal abilities. You should be adept at managing your own time and working under pressure with a 'can do' attitude. A willingness to learn, adapt, and develop is crucial, as is the ability to work on your own initiative. Your ability to empathize with clients will ensure you provide the compassionate support they need during challenging times.

Salary:
£22,369.35 per annum, plus a competitive bonus.
Annual Leave:
24 days, rising to 26 with length of service, plus public holidays and an extra day off for your birthday!
Pension:
3% employer contributions.

- Previous experience: Working in a contact centre environment is desirable but not essential.
