Responsibilities include providing a positive service and experience as the first point of contact for the organisation, managing the telephone system, patient case management system as well as the storage and filing system for Patient and Employee Records Management amongst other administrative and general office duties.
The post holder will be part of a small friendly and professional support team that are responsible for providing administrative support to staff in the organisation, which provides primary mental health care to patients in the Salford area.
This role is part-time, 24 hours per week, worked over 3 days (Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 8am - 4:30pm). Please note, the salary for this role is due to rise to £12.31 per hour in line with the agenda for change salary banding scale.
