South Manchester Care provide Personal Care to those who need help at home. We can assist with washing, dressing, bathing, showering, hair washing, oral hygiene, continence management, toileting, catheter/stoma care, skin care, laundry, bed changing

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic home care, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Bathe, dress, and groom the patient.
  • Explain activities of daily living and provide help as needed.
  • Restock patient's medications.
  • Manage medications and assist in monitoring for drug interactions.
  • Follow care plans and coordinate care with other health care professionals.
  • Enabling the client to take prescribed and over-the-counter medication safely
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Driving or assisting the client to travel to appointments or social outings
  • Help with food shopping and meal preparation

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
