The Housekeeping department at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital are looking to recruit a Housekeeping Supervisor for the team.

Usual shift pattern: Monday to Friday 15:00-23:00 Full time 37.5 hours per week (unpaid 30 minute break per shift).

The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to the needs of service, covering earlier starts or late finishes as required to ensure service delivery.

The successful candidate will be forward thinking, have a can do attitude with a keen eye for detail and an ability to lead a team. They will have previous experience of managing cleaning teams and possess excellent communication skills. Providing day-to-day supervision of your team and ensuring service delivery to all users of the Trust.

You will need to be computer literate and have a very good understanding of English both written and verbal. Able to train teams and individuals to achieve the highest standards expected within the hospital.
