PAY RATE: £12.PER HOUR

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main focus will be to ensure client satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information. You will serve as a point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring that their needs are met. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to coordinate and deliver the necessary services to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions and provide accurate information to clients
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring all customer interactions are properly documented
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and deliver services according to client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions



Requirements


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous customer service experience in a related industry is preferred
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs
