Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Bioinformatician to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves utilizing state-of-the-art approaches to analyze clinical and genomic data at scale, ensuring the seamless integration of bespoke software testing methodologies and crafting tailored documentation for clinical end-users.
Please note this role is now permanent.
Everyday responsibilities include:
- Analyze diverse data sets, specifically those required for testing software products tailored for clinical users.
- Support the implementation of requirement analysis and conduct end user-oriented tests.
- Produce high-quality documentation customized for end users.
- Plan and deliver training activities for clinical users and researchers.
Skills and Experience for Success:
We anticipate the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in clinical research or healthcare, particularly in cancer or rare diseases.
- A proven track record in analyzing large-scale genomic data using cutting-edge bioinformatics tools and reference databases.
- A strong background in human genetics with proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, including expertise in data wrangling and visualization.
