The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, including the Eurovision Song Contest last year and in 2024, we will be hosting Labour Party Conference, in addition to a packed programme of entertainment and business events.

The successful candidate will be motivated and eager to fully participate in all training provided to make a significant contribution to the ACC Liverpool Group.

To provide a high level of service to the People (Human Resources) Team and the Health and Safety department. You will provide administrative support and assist the teams in helping to develop and manage projects and workloads. This role will be split 50% of the working week with the People team, and 50% of the working week with the Health and Safety team.

Most of the time, the successful candidate will work Monday to Friday office hours, however there may be a requirement to work occasional weekends and evenings, in order to experience and support live events. Advanced notice would be given.

The ideal candidate will have some form of administration experience, such as coursework, work experience in a similar field, or within a volunteering capacity.

The successful candidate will have experience in using Microsoft Office software such as MS Excel. Due to the nature of this role, you will be exposed to private and confidential information, therefore you should have a good level of personal integrity and confidentiality.

The successful candidate should have Level 2 Mathematics and English or be willing to work towards this qualification.
