You will be responsible for delivering high quality patient care with direct supervision from the registered nurse.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Support Worker to join our busy 10 bedded Women’s Surgical Ward which incorporates Emergency Gynaecology Assessment Unit.


Ward 33 cares for patients with both Gynaecological and Surgical conditions.

The Emergency Gynaecology Assessment Unit (EGAU) is also open 24/7, running clinics as well as taking referrals from ED and GP's amongst other Healthcare settings.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to support our patients and staff in both areas. If you are enthusiastic, well motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment we would love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality patient care with direct supervision from the registered nurse. Excellent communication skills, flexibility and time management are essential skills needed for this post to ensure the patient’s journey through their hospital stay is as comfortable as possible. Good standards of documentation are expected along with a commitment to working in a kind and compassionate manner.
