Full time, 37.5 hours per week (weekdays 9-5, no weekends)
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Clinical Education and Development Team at Brighton General Hospital. If you have a keen eye for detail, outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to multitask, this varied role could be your perfect fit. As a key member of our team, you'll provide essential administrative support to your friendly colleagues, helping to deliver exciting learning and development opportunities.
About Our Team
The Clinical Education and Development team consists of multi-professional individuals who deliver training to SCFT staff, manage student placements, and support all learners in practice.

What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure the smooth operation of our team and the Funding Panel.
- Serve as a helpful point of contact for SCFT staff and Higher Education Institutions regarding funding queries and student allocations.
- Maintain databases, accurately inputting and recording all necessary information.
- Help organise, advertise, and prepare various training sessions.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and manage Team channels.
- Collaborate with the wider team on various projects.
