Merco Medical are recruiting, for a Clinical Assessor (Nurse, Physiotherapist or Paramedic) to work for our client conducting health assessments and writing reports on behalf of the DWP.
This role is hybrid, with occasional visits required to your local assessment centre, full and part-time roles are available.
As a Clinical Assessor You Will
Use your broad-based medical experience and clinical knowledge to conduct independent health assessments on the impact of claimants physical and mental health conditions and to writing reports for the DWP.
You will be using your critical reasoning skills and drawing upon your clinical experience, skills & knowledge to ensure that your part in the assessment process is positive, dignified, and professional.
Use your Clinical nursing/physiotherapy/paramedic expertise in a new way whilst enjoying a great work-life balance with excellent benefits.
Requirements
At least one year’s post NMC/HCPC registration work experience working with people aged 16 to 64.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Be a competent user of IT.
