Front of House Receptionist
As the first point of contact for all our visitors, you will:
- Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Ensure every guest receives a warm and professional welcome.
- Handle Financial Transactions: Accurately receive and record all payments from visitors and organisations, including hire fees and shop sales.
- Maintain Entrance Control: Oversee the main entrance, ensuring a smooth and organised entry for all visitors.
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiasm and Energy: A positive and proactive attitude.
- Customer Care Excellence: Outstanding customer service skills.
- Organisational Prowess: Strong organisational abilities to manage bookings and inquiries efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in IT to handle booking systems and records.
- Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience in managing cash transactions.
- Relevant Background: Experience in a similar role or environment is a plus.
