As Our Receptionist/Showroom Host, You Will Be The First Point Of Contact For Our Customers, Both In Person And Over The Phone. You Will Ensure That Our Reception Services Are Provided Efficiently And Professionally, Contributing To The Overall Success And Smooth Operation Of Our Showroom.What We Offer

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and communicate with customers, both existing and new, in a positive and proactive manner.
• Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and direct them as required.
• Handle all incoming calls quickly and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the hospitality area.
• Log all enquiries accurately on the system, including telephone, email, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Communicate messages to staff where necessary.
• Abide by health and safety regulations at all times.
