Due to recent growth and expansion within the company, we are currently recruiting for community care workers across multiple areas. We offer full training so no previous experience is required, Evolving Care are simply looking for people with the following attributes;

We are looking to recruit Candidates within Crewe and surrounding areas.


We invest in continual training and development which include the Care Certificate. We also enroll you on to the Diploma in Health & Social Care either Level 2 or level 3. There are options to take a generic pathway or a specialist dementia or learning disability pathway. Appointment subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure however experience isn't necessary as we can support you in becoming confident and competent within the role.
