As a Housekeeper Assistant, you will work as part of a team to ensure that all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained in the home. This will involve carrying out cleaning duties according to instructions, understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and materials, and treating residents with dignity and respect. You will need knowledge of health and safety, particularly in areas like moving and handling, fire safety, and COSHH assessments, as well as experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting.
