Job summaryWe are looking for a Pharmacist with a strong clinical background as well as expert knowledge of clinical trials. There is already a strong clinical trials team in place. You would work closely with all members of this team, taking overall responsibility for Pharmacy aspects of clinical trials. Close working with the Trust R & D Department would also be part of this role, particularly to ensure pharmacy capacity is maintained in line with trials activity.
The trials team works closely with Pharmacy staff working in speciality areas such as Oncology as well as Dispensary and Aseptic Unit staff.
This is an ideal opportunity for Pharmacist with previous experience working with clinical trials. We would endeavour to support any relevant personal/career development training when in post. This is currently a part time post, with the exact working pattern open for discussion with the successful candidate.
