Your New Company
- One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services providers.
Your new role
- Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week, across a client facing environment in Crawley.
- Front of house, meeting and greeting visitors and internal staff, issuing access cards, guest passes, locker allocation, supporting with any front desk queries, booking meeting rooms, and dealing will all requests including travel, directions etc.
- Site walks, floor checks, ensuring the site is presentable, meeting rooms are set-up, assisting with client facilities queries and escalating them to the relevant person, ensuring stationary cupboards are maintained, dealing with outgoing and incoming mail, collecting and distributing deliveries.
- Facilities administration, monitoring facilities inbox, managing email correspondence, raising jobs on helpdesk.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- You will need to have experience in a receptionist, front of house or concierge role.
- Must be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and build relationships.
- Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
