Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in room service or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with maintaining inventory and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
