As our Patient Services Clerk, you will work on our In-Patients Unit, based at Marie Curie Hospice, Penarth.
Salary:
Marie Curie Pay Scale, aligned with AFC Band 2 £22,720 pro rata per annum


Hours/Contract:
Permanent 37.5 hours per week

As our Patient Services Clerk, you will work on our In-Patients Unit, based at Marie Curie Hospice, Penarth. You will work alongside our Office Administrators, and as part of the wider Administration Department for Marie Curie Wales. You will be responsible for completing In-Patient administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will attend weekly MDT meetings, and action allocated tasks as required. You will build strong working relationships with clinicians and provide administration support as required. You will demonstrate compassion towards patients and visitors, and understand your role as patient-facing, non-clinical support.
