Multi-award-winning, luxury Aesthetic Clinic in Central London are searching for a friendly and customer-focused Clinic Receptionist to join their hand-picked team. This established business is expanding rapidly and looking for an ambitious individual, excited to grow with the business.

If you have previous reception experience from an aesthetic clinic or cosmetic surgery and are used to working with a high-end clientele, this role maybe for you!
Role and Responsibilities:
- Customer liaison; welcoming patients, ensuring five-star service is delivered at all times, owning the patient journey from enquiry, to initial visit with the clinic to follow up
- Sales: products and booking of new patients
- Coordinate front-desk activities, ensuring smooth flow at all times, working closely with Management and Directors to ensure five-start customer delivery at all times
- Diary management, administration, ensuring correct and optimal bookings
- Performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, offering administrative support across the organisation
- To promote and recommend products and services, maximizing opportunities for sales and referrals, advising patients on treatments available
- To manage cash, petty cash, daily accounting, banking and payment systems according to company policies and procedures
- Supporting Doctors and Aestheticians with ad hoc duties
- Stock management and monitoring collections and deliveries, including unpacking of stock

Requirements
The following experience/skills will ensure you are successful in this role:
- Proven work experience in a similar role /admin role / receptionist role
- Passion for and knowledge of the aesthetics industry, and keen to be part of a growing business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Honesty and integrity
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Customer service focused- with a can do attitude
- Weekend availability
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus!
