Business Support Administrator

The Business Support Hub are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to fill an interesting and varied role supporting the work of the Public Health Directorate.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be enthusiastic, proactive and able to interact with multidisciplinary staff at all levels. The post holder will be working in a supportive team and must be committed to the delivery of excellence whilst multi-tasking and continually prioritising workload as directed to meet tight deadlines.
The successful applicant will have a good standard of education, quality keyboard skills, experience of providing high quality administrative support for meetings and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This is a diverse and demanding role which will offer considerable job satisfaction to the right person.
This is a hybrid role with a variety of home and office days each week.
Interviews for this role will be held on the 26th, 27th & 28th June 2024.
