Customer Care CoordinatorAbout The Role
We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Plymouth team.
Due to continued growth and expansion across the South West Region, we are now looking to further strengthen their Customer Care team with the addition of a Customer Care Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Customer Care/Customer Care Manager.
This role reports into the Customer Care Manager. The Customer Care Coordinator will communicate with our customers, site managers, directly employed maintenance operatives and contractors to encourage customers to provide us with information about any problems that they may have, to record that information carefully on our computer system, and to arrange for their problems to be addressed as quickly as possible by coordinating appointments, labour and parts.
Customer Care Coordinator About You
- A champion for customer care
- Previous Customer Care experience within a fast paced and busy environment
- Experience within the housing or construction industry is desired but not essential
- The ability to remain calm and focussed in pressurised situations, with proactive problem solving skills
- Understands importance of Quality standards and procedures and the requirement needed to achieve and maintain a 5* customer service and customer journey
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent listening skills, understanding customer requirements
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Flexible in approach
- Competent user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience within the New home environment beneficial but not essential
- Knowledge of COINS is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
