Are you a qualified and accredited CBT therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to work within a supportive team?We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced therapist to join our friendly and multi-disciplinary team at West Cheshire CYPMH. This is a maternity cover role, offering 2 days a week on a fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering CBT interventions to children and young people aged 0-18 years old, experiencing a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to our service users.
During this maternity cover role, the cognitive behavioural therapist will be a valued member of the multidisciplinary Children and Young People's Mental Health Service (CYPMH)
Responsibilities
- Assess, accept and prioritise referrals to the service, adhering to local CYPMH' Operational Policy.
- Contribute to clinical development, team clinical thinking, and support the clinical leadership team alongside clinical coordinators.
Our aim is to help people to be the best they can be, adopting a compassionate, person-centred approach to everything we do. We were recently rated as Outstanding for Caring by the Care Quality Commission with a Good rating overall.
