Be responsible for the accurate input of adjustments to the Health Roster and other Trust systems, and ensure that the Health Roster is an accurate record of all changes to work patterns.

We are looking for someone to become a member of our Dispensary Team, where you will provide support to colleagues to deliver a high quality service to all Pharmacy customers.

The department is friendly and supportive, operating within a modern environment having gone through a full refurbishment in winter 2.

This position would suit someone with a keen eye for detail and who is able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. You will be a good team player, enthusiastic and proactive.

  • Assist the Dispensary Team in the day to day running of the department to ensure efficient and effective administrative support, to include communication and collaboration with other departments and external agencies
  • Be responsible for the accurate input of adjustments to the Health Roster and other Trust systems, and ensure that the Health Roster is an accurate record of all changes to work patterns
  • Project the Trust values by demonstrating excellent customer care and professionalism
  • Adopt a flexible and team working approach to ensure that individual and team objectives are completed within agreed timescales
  • Plan and take responsibility for own workload
  • Be based at the Royal Derby Hospital
