Principal Therapist (12 month temporary secondment cover)


We are looking for a committed and forward thinking Principal therapist, with a proven track record of leading and developing staff and services, to join the Medical & Surgical Therapies Team at the University Hospital of North Midlands. The role involves working within the broader therapy management team across Royal Stoke & County sites alongside the other principal therapists who support Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams in all clinical divisions.

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to demonstrate their leadership and management skills in a fast paced acute setting as well as providing clinical expertise to the teams. This speciality lends itself naturally to innovative ways of working and we are looking for a creative thinking individual who thrives on new challenges and is able to demonstrate a solution focussed approach in problem solving.
